Returns & Refunds

At Roadster Concept we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@roadsterconcept.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Send via a tracked service — we recommend Royal Mail Tracked

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. In these cases we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately at hello@roadsterconcept.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
